Well I've sent a complaint - why do we put up with it!!!!

I feel for ya!!!! I have a terrible time every time I have to deal wit h them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I have a contract & I'm here for a while!
Is the broadband Gold the same as the AOL DSL/Broadband that I just got a couple wks ago?

Mate AOL is really getting on my **** at the moment !!! You'd need to count to about 100 before calming down if my experiences with them just lately are anything to go by !!!!!!!

Online help? They always ask me what did I do to correct the situation as if it's my fault. Good luck. I've never managed to get help online or the telephone either.
